Gather Loan and Closing Documents:
Collect all loan and closing documents related to the fraudulent transaction. Ensure you have 3 copies of everything involved in the transaction.
Request Local Police to Meet You at Central Bank:
Get in touch with your local police department to report the fraud. Provide them with the loan and closing documents and any other evidence you have related to the fraudulent activity and ask them to meet you at the bank.
Go to your Unlicensed Central Bank Loan & Your Loan Officer:
Request to speak to the Central Bank loan officer involved in the fraudulent transaction that sold you the counterfeit security, inform them of the fraud and inform the local police about their role and provide all available information about them.
Request a Police Report:
Ask the local police to create an official police report detailing the fraud and have it notarized to add an extra layer of authenticity and legal validity. This report is crucial for documenting the crime and its details.
Demand a Full Investigation:
Request that the authorities conduct a thorough investigation into the fraudulent activities, including the involvement of the loan officer and central bank.
Examine Fake Documents:
Request the Loan Officer and Bank Officer to show you copies of the counterfeit documents that were involved, including the fake promissory notes, his license to sell fake loans, the banks business license.
Verify the Loan Officer’s Credentials:
Ask them to provide their license to sell fake loans. If it’s discovered that their license is fraudulent or non-existent, it’s crucial evidence.
Check Central Bank’s Business License:
Attempt to verify if the Central Bank involved has a valid business license. Request the police to report the lack of a business license.
Look for F.D.I.C. Contracts:
Inquire about the presence of the mandatory F.D.I.C. (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) contracts filed with the MIssouri Division of Fiannce.
Report to Relevant Authorities:
Report all fraudulent activity and documents discovered, to the appropriate authorities, including the local police, and Missouri Division of Finance.
Cooperate with Investigators:
Throughout the investigation process, cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide any additional information or evidence they request.
